    Kubernetes Resilience & Failure Analysis

    • Designed and built a platform that finds Kubernetes failure modes before customers feel them, covering pod eviction, network partitioning, and resource exhaustion.
    • Defined the resilience testing strategy and success metrics, tied to incident response SLAs, so teams have a repeatable way to validate self-healing before production rollouts.
    • Built an auditing component that inspects clusters without requiring direct login to the cluster.

    Enterprise Monitoring & Observability Modernization

    • Led the work to close a 15-year observability gap across 40,000 servers, reaching full monitoring coverage with zero unplanned downtime during rollout.
    • Designed a phased, zero-downtime rollout sequenced by organizational risk and maturity.

    • Designed, built, and shipped a privacy-first habit and recovery app to the Apple App Store and Google Play, with daily check-ins, streak tracking, and progress visualization.
    • Architected it to run fully offline and local-only, with no backend and no telemetry, so no user data ever leaves the device.
    • Built the cross-platform UI and state management in Flutter and owned the full release lifecycle: signing, store submissions, and ongoing updates.
